Graduating from St. Francis Xavier University in 2016, with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Jack moved to Toronto to join the leading technology staffing firm in North America. There, he found his niche within the application development side of IT, efficiently building his network following a relationship and referral based approach. Upon moving back to Nova Scotia, Jack utilized his vast network to secure a role as Technical Recruiter with a firm who also shared his desire to move away from the transactional nature of this industry. Venor was a perfect match as, like Jack, they pride themselves on their relationship building approach, and global reach.
