Brad Langille

Brad Langille a retired partner with MNP’s Corporate Finance group in Dartmouth. Brad helps clients in a wide range of industries with corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and tailored advice that allows them to make strong business decisions.

With more than 40 years in public practice, Brad has developed many long-standing business relationships and an extensive network. He is adept at connecting sellers of businesses with buyers, negotiating the purchase and sale of businesses and ensuring transactions are completed in the most tax-efficient manner.

Brad works closely with owners and managers, assisting with finding capital, business planning, management and owner compensation structuring, partnership agreements and other services required to get a business up and running. He is experienced with the fishing, wholesale, manufacturing, shipping and automobile sectors, among others.

Brad is a Fellow Chartered Professional Accountant (FCPA), qualifying as a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), and holds CPA Canada’s Corporate Finance (CF) designation. He is a honourary trustee and past treasurer of the QEII Foundation, a member of the Chamber of Commerce and past chair of the Archdiocese of Halifax’s Financial Board. Brad has also served on the boards of Junior Achievement and Saint Mary’s University.
